Also included are payroll <br />taxes such as FICA, Federal Unemployment Tax, State Unemployment Tax, and <br />Worker's Compensation Tax, based on the currently prevailing rates. <br />(3) Enrollments in WEX activities are contingent upon availability of funds <br />and shall consist of a minimum of thirteen (13) enrollments for the <br />period of March 7, 2012 through June 30, 2012; and forty (40) enrollments <br />for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. <br />(4) Benefits costs included are payroll taxes such as FICA, Federal <br />Unemployment Tax, State Unemployment Tax, and Worker's Compensation Tax, <br />based on the currently prevailing rates. <br />(5) Enrollments in VTR activities are contingent upon availability of funds <br />and shall consist of a minimum of thirteen (13) enrollments for the <br />period of March 7, 2012 through June 30, 2012; and forty (40) enrollments <br />for the period of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. <br />14.2 CONTRACTOR and ADMINISTRATOR may agree, subject to advance written <br />notice to add, delete, or otherwise modify line items and/or amounts and/or <br />the number and type of FTE positions without changing COUNTY'S maximum <br />obligation as stated in Subparagraph 19.1 of this Agreement or reducing the <br />level of service to be provided by CONTRACTOR. Further, in accordance with <br />Subparagraph 43.3 of this Agreement, in the event ADMINISTRATOR reduces the <br />maximum obligation as stated in Subparagraph 19.1, CONTRACTOR and <br />ADMINISTRATOR may mutually agree in writing to proportionately reduce the <br />service goals as set forth in this Exhibit A to this Agreement. <br />15. STAFF <br />CONTRACTOR shall employ staff with experience in placing participants <br />with a limited English vocabulary in an environment that facilitates the <br />development of the English language. CONTRACTOR's staff shall be able to <br />read, write, speak, and understand English. CONTRACTOR shall provide <br />bilingual staff to serve participants who speak Spanish or Vietnamese. The <br />ratio of bilingual staff shall be consistent with and proportional to the <br />target population, as determined by ADMINISTRATOR.
