MDT members may consist of staff from the following areas: <br />Social Services Agency (SSA) CalWORKS; Facilitator; Domestic Abuse Services; <br />Behavior Health Services; Public Health Nurse; One-Stop Centers: SSA Children <br />and Families Services Senior Social Worker; educational providers; Job <br />Services and Employment Support; Vocational Assessment; WTW activity providers <br />who could benefit from, or contribute to, the discussion; and all other <br />relevant individuals. <br />3.5 One-Stop Centers: Employment-based facilities integrating COUNTY <br />and contracted service providers into single workforce centers, which provide <br />comprehensive career services and labor market information to participants <br />seeking jobs under various Federal and State funded programs. The centers are <br />established statewide under S.B. 1417 (Chapter 819, Statutes of 1994), to <br />implement a collaborative system of employment, training and education <br />programs and services, in support of California's economic development. Santa <br />Ana One-Stop Center is also referred to as the W/O/R/K Center. <br />3.6 One-Stop Partner: One of the entities responsible for conducting <br />the day-to-day activities associated with the delivery of workforce <br />development services to employers and job seekers, including daily management, <br />supervision, and coordination of staff physically co-located at the One-Stop <br />Center. <br />3.7 Participant: Recipients of CalWORKs financial assistance benefits <br />who are required to participate, or have voluntarily enrolled, in the WTW <br />(WAM0811) <br />5 of 40 <br />(January 9, 2012)
