Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Adopt a resolution amending the City Council Meeting start time. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On September 19, 2011, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2011-063 that revised the rules <br />and procedures for meetings of the City Council. The resolution also established that the <br />Regular Open Meetings of the City Council would begin at 6:00 p.m. The suggestion was raised <br />that the start time of the Open Session be moved to 5:30 p.m. <br />The attached resolution would establish the new start time of 5:30 <br />Session, and would begin with the next regular meeting scheduled <br />the Closed Session meeting would continue to begin at 5:00 p.m. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />4 i1 Z tom' ?r - !"t <br />Maria D.
