The current utilities allowances to be used in calculating the affordable sales <br />prices for units subject to the HOO <br />6. An affordable sales price calculation form <br />6. An in -lieu fee calculation form <br />Administrative Policy Manual for Purchasers of Affordable Housing Units <br />The following chapters will be included in the manual: <br />1 _ An introduction to the initial requirements that will ba imposed on the purchasers <br />of units restricted under the HOO, and the resale requirements that will be <br />imposed on these home owners <br />2.
