Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2012-08 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On June 11, 2012, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2012-08 as conditioned by a vote of 5:0 (Gartner and Turner absent) to allow the 24- <br />hour operation at a new 7-Eleven convenience store located at 1441 West MacArthur Boulevard <br />in the General Commercial (C2) zoning district. The Planning Commission made no changes to <br />the recommended conditions of approval outlined in the attached staff report (Exhibit A). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />Jay M.
