REQUEST FOR
SUCCESSOR AGENCY
ACTION
MEETING DATE:
JULY 2, 2012
TITLE:
ADOPT A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING
SUCCESSOR AGENCY PROPERTY
INVENTORY AND ITS DESIGNATIONS; AND
IMPLEMENTING OTHER ASSOCIATED
ACTIONS AS DIRECTED BY THE
OVERSIGHT BOARD
CITY MANAGER
RECOMMENDED ACTION
CLERK OF THE COUNCIL USE ONLY:
APPROVED
? The majority of real property acquired
during the life of the Redevelopment Agency for the purposes of future redevelopment/economic
development was disposed of over the past several years. Therefore, most of the remaining
property now owned by the Successor Agency is being used for a governmental purpose. These
2-1
