Lease combines <br />one City owned parcel and two Agency parcels under a 20-year lease (9-22-29) with two 10- <br />year extensions. LHA owns one of the four parcels that the community center is located <br />upon. Propose to convey Agency parcels to the City to consolidate for this governmental <br />use. <br />2-24
