(Page 35 of 61) <br />85-036030 <br />architectural background of the State of California, and to this end Grantor desires to <br />grant to Grantee a supplemental architectural facade easement on the Premises. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby acknowledged that, as part of the DEED OF <br />ARCHITECTURAL FACADE EASEMENT made December 14, 1982 (attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A" and Incorporated herein by this reference) Grantor did thereby grant and <br />convey unto the Grantee an easement, more particularly described below, in and to that <br />certain real property and the Interior surfaces of Improvements located thereon which <br />are more particularly described as follows: <br />Lots 2, 3 and 6 in Block 5 of the Town of Santa Ana, as per <br />map recorded In Book 2, page 51 of Miscellaneous Records of <br />Los Angeles County, California <br />The easement thereby granted is effective December 14, 1982 and shall constitute <br />a binding servitude upon the Premises. Grantor covenants on behalf of its successors and <br />assigns, such covenants being deemed to run as a binding servitude, In perpetuity, with <br />the land, to do or refrain from doing upon the Pre.mesis each of the following stipulations <br />which were Intended by Grantor and Grantee to be Included In Exhibit "A" and which <br />they agreed contribute to the public purpose In that they aid significantly in the <br />preservation of the historic property; <br />The interior of the structure shall be maintained in its present condition with all <br />historic features protected from decay and alteration.
