No utility transmission lines or easements, except <br />those required for the existinq improvements, may be created <br />or granted on the subject Premises. <br />6. No dumping nor storage of trash, rubbish, or any <br />other unsightly or offensive materials shall be permitted on <br />the subject Premises. <br />7, No topographical changes, including but not limited <br />to the excavation and the cutting of trees greater than eight <br />inches in diameter (except when dead or dangerously decayed), <br />shall occur upon the Premises. <br />8. Grantor hereby agrees that duly authorized <br />representatives of Grantee, its successors or assigns, shall <br />be permitted at all reasonable times to inspect the Premises. <br />Inspection of the interior will be made at a time mutually <br />agreed upon by Grantor and Grantee, its successors or assigns, <br />and Grantor covenants not to withhold unreasonably its consent <br />for such inspections. <br />9. In the, event of any violation of any covenant or <br />restriction contained herein, the Grantee, its successors or <br />assigns, may, upon reasonable notice to Grantor, institute <br />any legal or equitable action for damages to enjoin by ex parts, <br />temporary, and/or permanent injunction, such violation and to <br />require the mandatory restoration of the Premises to their prior <br />Doaument:198300430388 Page:5 of 20 <br />65A-73
