(Page 7 of 61) <br />83-430388 <br /> <br />r <br />The foregoing covenants and restrictions imposed and agreed <br />upon as aforesaid, shall not only be binding upon the Grantor but <br />also upon its successors and assigns, and shall continue as a <br />servitude running in perpetuity with the land and shall survive <br />any termination of Grantor's or Grantee's existence.
