(Page 22 of 61) <br /> <br /> <br />83-430391 <br />The property has been placed on the National Register of <br />Historic Places as maintained by the United States Department <br />of Interior and/or is located in a registered historic district <br />(as defined in 948 (g) (3) (B) of the Internal Revenue Code) <br />and has been certified by the Secretary of the United States <br />Department of the Interior to the Secretary of the United <br />States Department of Treasury as being of historic significance <br />to'the district. <br />Grantors in granting this Architectural Facade Easement <br />desire and intend that the architectural and historical value <br />of the property be preserved and maintained. <br />Grantee is a tax-exempt non-profit organization as <br />described in 9501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue COde which <br />meets the requirements of 9509 (a) (3) of the Internal Revenue <br />Code, and which is controlled by an organization described in <br />5501 (o) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, which controlling <br />organization meets the public support test of 9509 (a) (2) of <br />the Internal Revenue Code. Grantee's primary purpose is the <br />preservation, protection and enhancement of historically <br />significant real property. <br />By accepting this grant, Grantee agrees to honor and <br />defend the intentions of Grantor stated above, and to preserve <br />and protect the facade, and thereby the architecture, of the <br />property. <br />-2- <br />Doa=ent:198300430391 Page:2 of 13 <br />65A-90
