HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Pulido <br />CLOSED SESSION REPORT <br />City Attorney Carvalho reported that the City Council considered matters listed on the <br />Closed Session Agenda and authorized staff to finalize potential settlements. <br />Councilmember Martinez left the meeting at 6:20 p.m. and did not return to the meeting. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />• Richard Murray, property owner in the City, spoke about bee infestation at the <br />property next to his; contacted several agencies to seek assistance, Mark Lawrence <br />in the City Manager's Office is working with him; concerned about potential health <br />issue and well being of children in the area. <br />• Jeff Dickman, spoke in support of the upcoming sunshine ordinance crafted by the <br />SACReD coalition that will allow for more advance notice on development projects, <br />disclosure, lobbyist registrations, budget and other policies that would benefit the <br />community. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 3 JUNE 18, 2012 <br />1 0A-3
