HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />COUNCIL RECESSED to Room 147 for Closed Session discussion at 5:10 p.m. <br />CLOSED SESSION ITEMS - The Brown Act permits legislative bodies to discuss <br />certain matters without members of the public present.
