2. Objectives <br />The objective of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to describe the data exchange solution <br />to be developed by ATIMS for the Santa Ana Police Department. The purpose for this <br />enhancement to the ATIMS JMS is to provide a mechanism to automatically pre-populate <br />as many of the fields as possible of the PC Dec; collect the remaining information from <br />the arresting officer; and then submit the completed data from the form electronically to <br />the ILJAOC portal for processing. <br />3. Scope <br />ATIMS will develop the following capabilities for the Santa Ana Police Department's <br />JMS application: <br />A. Pass Field Information to the Probable Cause Declaration Form <br />Fielded data elements from other forms and records will be pre-populated into the PC <br />Dec as available. These elements will include but are not limited to: <br />¦ Arrestee last name <br />¦ Arrestee first name <br />¦ Arrestee middle name <br />¦ Arrestee date of birth <br />¦ Arrestee age <br />¦ Arrestee sex <br />¦ Case number <br />¦ Arrestee address <br />¦ Booking charge(s) <br />• Date/time of arrest <br />¦ Arresting agency <br />¦ Arresting officer's name and badge number <br />B. Collect Form Data <br />Information from the PC Dec form will be collected and saved as part of the pre-booking <br />record. Further, this form will be able to be viewed within the ATIMS system later with <br />the form populated with the submitted data. <br />25B-31
