"The term of this Agreement shall commence on September 1, 2009, and terminate on <br />June 30, 2013, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 12, below. This <br />Agreement may be extended for one (1) additional one-year period, upon the mutual <br />agreement of the parties." <br />3.
