WITH SAME <br />MEMBERS PRESENT. <br />COUNCIL AGENDA ITEMS <br />Pursuant to Santa Ana Charter Section 411, any member of the City Council may place <br />items on the City Council Agenda to be considered by the City Council. <br />85B DIRECTIONS TO PREPARE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR <br />DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES - Sponsored by <br />Councilmembers Martinez and Sarmiento, and co-sponsored by Mayor <br />Pulido <br />MOTION: Direct staff to reconvene the Development Council <br />Committee; allow Committee to analyze matter and bring back to the <br />City Council for consideration. <br />MOTION: Sarmiento SECOND: Tinajero <br />VOTE: AYES: Alvarez, Benavides, Martinez, Pulido, <br />Sarmiento, Tinajero (6) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSTAIN: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Bustamante (1) <br />Mayor Pulido and Councilmembers Martinez and Sarmiento declared conflicts of <br />interest on Agenda Item 85A and recused themselves.
