(a) Change the authorized number of Directors, change from a fixed number of <br />Directors to a variable number of Directors, or increase the term of office of any Director. <br />(b) Increase or decrease the quorum required for the conduct of business at a <br />meeting of members. <br />(c) Change or limit the number of members authorized in total or for any class. <br />(d) Authorize a new class of members. <br />(e) Effect an exchange, reclassification, or cancellation of all or any part of the <br />memberships. <br />(f) Materially and adversely affect the rights and privileges of members as to voting, <br />inspection, indemnification, or dissolution. <br />(g) Change the boundaries of the District. <br />SECTION 3. RECORD OF AMENDMENTS <br />Whenever an amendment or new Bylaw is adopted it shall be inserted into the official copy of the <br />Bylaws in the appropriate place. If any Bylaw is repealed, the fact of repeal and the date of the <br />meeting at which it was repealed or the date of written consent was effective shall be stated in the <br />official copy of the Bylaws. <br />ARTICLE XVII. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />SECTION 1.
