N � � �> � to RECITALS: � 1. The parties entered into Agreement N- 2011 -OS1, dated April 5, 2011, as amended from time to time, (hereinafter the "Ageement ") by which Provider has provided recreation and leisure class services in the City's leisure progam. 2. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the term of said Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Ageement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Ageement, except those amended in this First Amendment to Recreation Services Ageement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 3, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination date to June 30, 2013. 2. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Ageement shall remain in full force and ef%ct. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to Recreation Services Ageement on the day and year first set forth above.
