ELEMENTS OF TRAINING HOURS OF TRAINING <br />1. Will be trained to support and interface with the manufacturing team and the <br />purchasing department: <br />a. Will be instructed on how to discuss material status and production planning <br />issues. 220 <br />b. Will be trained to maintain kit room and will be responsible for identifying <br />and tagging each part and for providing job status <br />c. Will be instructed on the responsibilities of ensuring the tools get in/out of <br />the facility. <br />Measurement Method: Q Si A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within first Month and a half of training. <br />2. <br />a. Will be trained to examine documents, materials, or products and monitor <br />work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards <br />and specifications. <br />b. Will learn to review documents, such as production schedules and work 220 <br />orders. <br />c. Will be trained to confer with department supervisors or other personnel to <br />assess progress and discuss needed changes. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8z A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3. <br />a. Will learn to revise production schedules when required due to design <br />changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, <br />collaborating with management, production, or engineering. <br />b. Will be taught to confer with personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate 220 <br />production or shipping activities and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays. <br />c. Will be instructed on how to record production data, including volume <br />produced, consumption of raw materials, or quality control measures. <br />Measurement Method: Q & A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />4. <br />a. Will be trained on how to requisition and maintain inventories of materials <br />or supplies necessary to meet production demands. <br />b. Will be instructed on how to calculate figures, such as required amounts of 220 <br />labor or materials, manufacturing costs, or wages, using pricing schedules, <br />adding machines, calculators, or computers. <br />c. Will learn to compile information, such as production rates and progress, <br />materials inventories, materials used, or customer information, so that status <br />reports can be completed. <br />Measurement Method: Q & A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months.
