The combined thickness of the two <br />pavements has resulted in subgrade that is 2" — 4" too low; therefore it is <br />recommended to place aggregate base to the specified subgrade elevation. <br />(PCO #1) Prior approval was received October 4, 2012. <br />ESTIMATED COST = $12,310 <br />
