Parking Concepts, Inc. Policy #630- 5148C504 -11 TIL Effective 06 -01 -11 to 06 -01 -12 COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY THIS ENDORSEMENT CHANGES THE POLICY. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. OTHER ADDITIONAL INSUREDS This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART PROVISIONS 3, 1. WHO IS AN INSURED (SECTION II) is amended to include as an insured any person or organiza- tion (called hereafter "additional insured ") with whom you have agreed in a written contract, 4. executed prior to loss, to name as an additional insured, but: a. Only with respect to liability because of "bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of "your work" for that additional insured performed by you or for you; and b. Subject to any limitations in the written con- tract regarding the scope of the additional insured status. This insurance does not apply to "bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of "your work" included in the "products- completed operations hazard" unless you are required to provide such coverage by written contract and then only for the period of time required by the contract, but in no event beyond the expiration date of the policy. 2. The Limits of Insurance provided to such addi- tional insured shall be: a. The limits which you have agreed to provide; or b. The limits shown on the Declarations whichever is less. This insurance is excess over any valid and col- lectible insurance unless you have agreed in a written contract for this insurance to apply on a primary or contributory basis. This insurance does not apply on any basis: a. To any person or organization for whom you have purchased an Owners and Contractors Protective policy. b. To any person or organization who dis- tributes or sells "your products" in the regular course of its business. c. To any person or organization from whom you have acquired any products, or any in- gredient, part or container, entering into, ac- companying or containing such products. d. To any manager or lessor of premises with respect to liability arising out of the owner- ship, maintenance, or use of that part of any premises leased to you. e. To any lessor of leased equipment. f. To any architect, engineer or surveyor for injury or damage arising out of: (1) The preparing, approving or failing to prepare or approve maps, drawings, opinions, reports, surveys, change or- ders, designs or specifications; and (2) Supervisory, inspection or engineering services.
