The objective of the study was to identify a "toolkit" of potential <br />Transportation Analyst <br />strategies tailored to the existing and future environment at each station. <br />MEMBERSHIPS <br />Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension Bus Interface and Parking Garages (2009 -2011) — <br />American Planning Association <br />Mr. Delo managed IBI Group's efforts as a subconsultant on this project. IBI was <br />responsible for the identification of possible refinements to bus operations and the <br />REGISTRATION <br />development of conceptual designs for six park- and -ride facilities that will serve the <br />proposed light rail stations along this extension of the Metro Gold Line. Conceptual <br />Certified Planner, American Institute of <br />designs were developed for five parking garages ranging in size from 250 to 350 parking <br />Certified Planners #019993 <br />spaces, as well as a 125 -space surface parking lot. The project includes close coordination <br />with staff from the five cities along the corridor. <br />Anaheim Canyon Metrolink Station Project Study Report (2009) — Mr. Delo led the <br />preparation of a parking demand study for the proposed expansion of the Anaheim Canyon <br />Metrolink station. Parking demand at the station exceeds available supply and the spill- <br />over parking demand impacts an adjacent office development. As the station is improved <br />and commuter rail service is expanded, parking demand is forecast to further increase. The <br />parking demand study identified the potential future demand for parking at the station and <br />potential alternatives to provide sufficient parking for each project phase, during <br />construction, and at project completion. <br />Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center Master Plan (2010) — On behalf of the City of <br />Santa Ana, IBI Group is developing a station master plan for the Santa Ana Regional <br />Transportation Center. Mr. Delo is leading the parking demand analysis effort for this study, <br />quantifying future parking demand for the station and identifying strategies for either <br />accommodating this demand with additional parking or developing parking management <br />strategies to help reduce future demand. <br />North Montclair Parking Demand Analysis (2006) — This specific plan calls for the <br />development of over 1,500 residential units and retail development around the existing <br />Montclair Metrolink commuter rail station.
