(?` <br />?`l <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL L1ABiLITY <br />(3) With respect to the insurance afforded these additional insuretl's, the following additional exGusions <br />apply: <br />(a) This Insurance tloes not apply to 'bodily Injury' or'property damage' occurting after. <br />(1) all work, including materials, parts or equipment fumfshed in connection with such <br />work, on the project (other than service, maintenance or repairs} to be performed by <br />or on behalf of the additional Insureds) at the site of the covered operations has been <br />' completed; or <br />(2) that portion of 'your work' out of which the injury or damage arises has been put to Its <br />intended use by any person or organization other than another contractor or <br />subcontractor engaged In performing operations on or at the same project. <br />(b) This Insurance does not apply to °botllly Injury', 'properly damage°, 'personal and <br />advertising injury' caused by the rendering of or failure to render any professional services. <br />(4) Regardless of whether other Insurance is available to an additional Insured on a primary basis, <br />this insurance will be primary and noncontributory ff a written contract between you and the <br />additional insured specifically requires that-this insurance be primary. <br />10. EXTENDED DEFINITION OF "BODILY INJURY" <br />The deTinition of 'bodily injury' in SECTION V -DEFINITIONS paragraph 3. is replaced by the following: <br />'Bodily injury' means bodily Injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person, including mental anguish or <br />death resulting from any of these at any lime. <br />11. EXTENDED DEFINITION OF "PERSONAL AND ADVERTISING INJURY" <br />The definition of 'personal and advertising injury' in 8ECTION V -DEFINITIONS paragraph 14. is amended <br />to include the additional offense of abuse of process. <br />AS T?
