Outline of On-the-Job Training Plan and Method of Assessment: <br />ELEMENTS OF TRAINING HOURS OF TRAINING <br />1. Eric will be taught all appropriate safety procedures 40 <br />Measurement Method: Q &c A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within first Month and a half of training. <br />2.. Read Blue Prints <br /> 100 <br />Eric will be taught to read, examine blueprints, drawings or samples to <br />determine size, tolerance, type, material, finish plus any special requirements. <br />Measurement Method: Q &r. A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3. . Operating CNC Lathe Machine <br /> 300 <br />Eric will be taught to operate CNC Lathe machines, skills learned include but <br />not limited to adjusting machine controls to bore, turn, shape, smooth and cut <br />metal stock. <br />Measurement Method: Q &c A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />4. Operating CNC Milling Machine <br /> 300 <br />Eric will be taught to operate CNC Machines, skills learned include but not <br />limited to adjusting machines controls to bore, turn, shape, smooth, and cut <br />metal stock. <br />Training will also include how to set up and run the machine, including; <br />numerous miscellaneous cutting tools according to work piece, machine <br />function and specifications. <br />Training will also include installing and adjusting the CNC program according <br />to work piece, machine function and specifications. <br />Measurement Method: Q &c A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months.
