The following is added to provision 2_b. of paragraph H_ Other Insurance under SECTION III — COMMON POLICY <br />CONDITIONS: <br />However, when an additional insured has been added to this Coverage Part by endorsement, we will not seek <br />contribution from the "additional insured's own insurance" provided that <br />('I i You and the additional insured have agreed in a wrRten contract that this insurance is primary and non- <br />contributory; and <br />(2) The "bodily injury" or "property damage" occurs, or the "persohal and advertising injury° is committed, <br />subsequent to the execution of such contract_ <br />B_ For the purposes of this endorsement the following is added to SECTION U, Paragraph F.
