ELEMENTS OF TRAINING HOURS OF TRAINING <br />1. Will be trained to perform numerous assembly duties involving 2Op <br />advanced composites such as Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, and complex <br />adhesive systems. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within first Month and a half of training. <br />z. Will be trained to Fabricate composite molds and parts as per <br />instructions/drawings. 200 <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A, task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate <br />of proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />3. Trained to process Lay-up dry fabric and prepreg, demold, vacuum <br />bag, and infuse composite parts as per instructions/drawings. Will 180 <br />also be trained in the following: <br />• Polish, deburr, and grind composites parts as per <br />instructions/drawings. <br />• Drill, ream, and countersink. <br />• Assemble parts/components/sub-assemblies. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />4. Will be trained on the outlined required quality standards. <br />Standard Operating Procedures and will learn to manage the 114 <br />equipment maintenance per specified job. <br />Measurement Method: Q 8c A task observation and inspection. Goal is to achieve rate of <br />proficiency within subsequent three and a half months. <br />RATING LEVELS: <br />Measurement method: how will it be determined if OJT participant acquired the skill?
