Obligations At The Addltlonal Insureds own Cost No addlUonal Insured will, oxcspt at that insured's own_ cost, voluntarily make a payment, assume any obligation, or Incur any expense, other than for llrst aid, without our consent. 8. Addltlonal Insureds Other Insurance If wa cover a claim or "suit" under this Coverage Part that may also be covered by other Insurance avalfable to lire addillonal Insured, suc}t addltlonai Insured must submit such claim or "salt" to the outer Insurer [or defense and tndemnlly. However, Ihls provision does not apply to the extent that you have agreed In a wrflten contract or written agreement that this Insurance Is primary and non-contributory with the addlltonal Insurad's own insurance. 6. Knowledge Of Alt Occurrence, Offense, Claim OrSult Paragraphs 1. and 2. applies to the addltlonai Insured only when such "occurrence", offense, claim or "suit" Is knovm to: a. The addlllonel Insured that Is en individual; b. Any partner, if the addlltonal insured is a partnership; c. Any managor, if the additional Insured Is a limited liability company; d. Any "executive oHlcer" or Insurance manager, If the addillonal Insured Is a corporation; e.
