Through the program, the <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency provides transportation services to Santa Ana <br />seniors from their homes to and from our two senior centers and various City events. <br />In FY 2012-13, the City of Santa Ana will receive $171,367, including interest earnings of $3,517, to <br />continue the operation of the City's senior transportation program. As part of the agreement the City <br />of Santa Ana will provide a 20 percent local match, which may consist of in-kind staff resources or <br />other contractual transportation services. Funds for the match are included in the Parks, Recreation <br />and Community Services Agency FY 2012-13 budget. <br />In addition, the City will receive $76,298 from OCTA to support the Vietnamese Community of <br />Orange County's (VNCOC) senior mobility program. The VNCOC will receive $76,298 and provide <br />the 20 percent local match required under the agreement. In turn, VNCOC will provide <br />transportation services for the Vietnamese senior community in Santa Ana. <br />20D-1
