The contractor will <br />serve as on-call contractor and all work will be specifically authorized by the Public Works Agency <br />staff on an as-needed basis. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended action is not <br />considered a CEQA project. Therefore, no environmental documentation is required. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the current budget in the Public Works Agency account for other traffic <br />signal maintenance (Accounting Unit 02917620-62300).
