During the <br />progress of the work it became evident that there was an existing leak in the <br />stairwell causing water damage to the facility below. This change order <br />accounts for all labor and materials necessary for repairing the cracked <br />concrete landing and sealing the entire stairwell with masonry sealant. <br />Agreed Price $4,585.55
