writing and orally to the project governance structure., allowing an opportunity to discuss the. <br />content of the report. <br />Specific deliverables of this task would include: <br />- Initial Proposal Analysis <br />- Finalist Recommendation Report <br />- Analyzing proposals, and preparing easy-to-read summaries of the content <br />- Conducting oral and on site reference checks on the bidding vendors <br />- Facilitating on site presentations frocn finalist vendors <br />- Preparing a written and oral Finalist. recommendation for the City <br />1-mss*? !-??_ Cr,?ntr?s,tir?? ??_?f?p,-3rt <br />Cit Com. works with the agency and their selected vendor(s) to aid in the development and <br />negotiation of a "best and Final' contract in order to obtain the most favorable provisions and. <br />stipulations For the agency. The resulting agreement includes a primary, or umbrella, agreement <br />which defines the legal terms and conditions of the relationship between the City and the vendor. <br />The umbrella agreement includes several exhibits which govern the actual project activities. The <br />most important exhibit is the Statement of Work. Cit Cam would prepare the initial Stacement of <br />Work (SOW) which would serve as the blueprint for the implementation. The SOW defines each <br />task involved in the entire projecC, which usually includes the following for each application (or <br />technology): <br />• Project Kickoff • Documentation Delivery <br />• Requiremencs Validation • Training <br />• Hardware Review • InterFace 'Testing <br />• Project Schedule Delivery • Production Cutover <br />• Hardware Installation • Functional Testing <br />• Base Software Installation • Reliability Testing <br />• Software Tailoring • Performance Testing <br />• Interface Development and 7?esting • Product CertiFcation <br />• Geofile Building • Refresher Training <br /> <br />G <br />Q <br />O <br />li <br />V'N <br />C <br />U] <br />C <br />O <br />U <br />
