PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />FITNESS AND WELLNESS LIABILITY INSURANCE EXTENSION <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE PART <br />A. The following is added to Paragraph 1. Insuring Agreement of SECTION 1 - COVERAGES, <br />COVERAGE A BODILY INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE LIABILITY: <br />"Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render <br />"professional training services" shall be deemed to be caused by an "occurrence." <br />B. For the purpose of determining the Limits of Insurance for the coverage provided by this <br />endorsement, any act or omission together with all related acts or omissions in the furnishing <br />of these "professional training services" to any one person will be considered one <br />"occurrence. " <br />C. For purposes of this endorsement, "professional training services" means any service, <br />advice, or instruction relating to physical fitness. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
