CUP No. 2012-16 & VA No. 2012-05 <br />August 13, 2012 <br />Page 8 <br />CEQA Analysis <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed project is exempt from <br />further review pursuant to Section 15301. This Class 1 exemption allows the repair, maintenance <br />and permitting of existing structures that are consistent with the zoning and general plan <br />designations.
