<br />That area within the following Boundary: Begin approximately 5
<br />miles north of the community of Cholame, on the Monterey County
<br />and San Luis Obispo County boundary at the NW corner of T25S,
<br />R16E, Mt. Diablo Meridian. Continue south along the west side
<br />of R16E to the SW corner of T30S, R16E, MDM. Continue E to SW
<br />corner of T30S, R17E, MDM. Continue S to SW corner of T31S,
<br />R17E, MDM. Continue E to SW corner of T31S, R18E, MDM.
<br />Continue S along West side of R18E, MDM as it crosses into San
<br />Bernardino Meridian numbering area and becomes R30W. Follow
<br />the west side of R30W, SBM to the SW corner of T9N, R30W, SBM.
<br />Continue E along the south edge of T9N, SBM to the Santa
<br />Barbara County and Ventura County boundary at that point whch
<br />is the SW corner of Section 34.T9N, R24W, SBM, continue S along
<br />the Ventura County line to that point which is the SW corner of

<br />Northern portion of SAN BERNARDINO County as defined below:
<br />That area within the following Boundary: Begin at the
<br />intersection of the northern boundary of Mono County and the
<br />California state line at the point which is the center of
<br />Section 17, TlON, R22E, Mt. Diablo Meridian. Continue S then
<br />SE along the entire western boundary of Mono County, until it
<br />reaches Inyo County at the point which is the NE corner of the
<br />Western half of the NW quarter of Section 2, TBS, R29E, MDM.
<br />Continue SSE along the entire western boundary of Inyo County,
<br />until the intersection with Kern County at the point which is
<br />the SW corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 32, T24S, R37E, MDM.
<br />Continue E along the Inyo and Kern County boundary until the
<br />intersection with San Bernardino County at that point which is
<br />the SE corner of section 34, T24S, R40E, MDM. Continue E along
<br />the Inyo and San Bernardino County boundary until the point
<br />which is the NE corner of the Western half of the NW quarter of
