FORM AND TIMING OF NOTICE <br />All notices shall be in writing, and shall be personally delivered or sent by registered or certified <br />mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or be sent by overnight courier and shall be <br />deemed received upon the earlier of: <br />(a) If personally delivered, the date of delivery to the address of the person to receive such <br />notice; <br />(b) If mailed, three (3) business days after the date of posting by the United States Post <br />Office; or <br />(c) If sent by overnight courier, when delivered. <br />11.3. CHANGES OF PERSON TO RECEIVE NOTICE <br />Either PARTY may change the person or official to receive notice by sending a written notice of <br />that change to the other PARTY. <br />ARTICLE 12 <br />ACCESS To DISTRICT'S CHANNEL <br />12.1. CITY LOCKS <br />CITY shall be allowed to install a CITY lock on DISTRICT's gates if required for access to the <br />RECREATION IMPROVEMENTS, provided CITY ensures that DISTRICT retains its ability to <br />access its facilities. <br />- p2§ F ofjj- <br />
