NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the <br />parties agree as follows: <br />Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by an <br />amount not to exceed $15,975.91 to pay for additional dog license fee collection <br />services that were provided during the term of said Agreement. This agreement <br />shall include all services previously rendered by Contractor to City. <br />2.
