R; City of Santa Ana <br />4.2 SERVICE HOURS <br />4.2.1 Service <br />Contractor must provide, at a minimum: <br />A. Transportation Personnel to fully staff the First Tier Service ambulances as provided by <br />the Contractor as part of this contract, such that those vehicles are able to provide twenty- <br />four (24) hour emergency ambulance transportation within the City, seven (7) days a <br />week, for the duration of the term of the contract. <br />B. A sufficient number of fully equipped Mutual Aid units, such that Contractor is able to <br />respond to all 911 and other emergencies calls in the City of Santa Ana and meet the <br />response time requirements set forth in Section IV(C) below. <br />C. Except to the degree that the RFP specifically provides for an exemption, during the term <br />of the Contract, Contractor shall provide sufficient resources such that Contractor is able <br />to respond to 100% of all 911 and other emergency calls in the City of Santa Ana by <br />means of the combined efforts of the First Tier Service and Mutual Aid Service within the <br />response time requirement. <br />4.2.2 Field Supervisor <br />Contractor must have an authorized field supervisor available to the City of Santa Ana and <br />OCFA personnel, either by radio or in person, on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day per <br />week basis during the term of the contract.
