AGMT NO. 2012-188 - With the Santa Ana Unified School District <br />(SAUSD) for the construction of a community center at Garfield <br />Elementary School in an amount not to exceed $2,375,000, subject to <br />SAUSD Board approval. <br />2. AGMT NO. 2012-189 - With the Santa Ana Unified School District for <br />Garfield Elementary School, subject to SAUSD Board approval. <br />3.
