A-2011-029-01 <br />-l-2c)k--7z) <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES <br />f THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES, made and <br />entered into this 23rd day of January, 2012, by and between, TSCM, a California corporation <br />.y <br />(hereinafter "Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). <br />?V <br />RECITALS <br />A. The City and Contractor previous ly entered into an Agreement For Provision of Services (?-2011- <br />O) ("Agreement") on February 7 , 2011 for Contractor to perform steam cleaning services. <br />F <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend the Agreement to extend the Term. <br />rte/ NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to the <br />?v terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br />N4 <br />1. Section 3, "Term", shall be amended and extended through December 31, 2012. <br />2.
