` A-2011-168-01 <br />INSURANCE ��Ji�s �)N F111 <br />V0_`)RK N1AY NfT ..!.. <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT UNDER <br />'-THE WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT 17 <br />:SATE <br />THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 7"' day of March, 2012, by and between Orange County <br />Children's Therapeutic Arts Center ("Contractor") and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City'). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The City and Contractor entered into that certain Agreement Under the Workforce Investment Act dated July <br />G� 1, 2011, (Agreement #A-2011-168) hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement". <br />B. The parties hereto now desire to amend the Budget which is attached to said Agreement as Exhibit G, to <br />remove certain funds from the "Personnel Costs" category and add them instead to the "Supportive Services" and <br />"Participant Wages" category. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />1. The Budget shall be amended to remove $12,332.00 from "Personnel" expenses and moved to other <br />categories, so that $7,630.00 of said amount is allocated to "Support Services" and $4,702.00 is allocated to <br />"Participant Wages" as shown on the "Detailed Budget Modification" (revised Exhibit G) attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. Section II B. of said Agreement states that "CONTRACTOR has the ability to adjust line item <br />amounts in the budget with the approval of the Executive Director, so long as the total Budget amount does <br />not increase". <br />3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in <br />full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to said Agreement the date and <br />year first above written. <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />JOSEPH STRAKA <br />Interim City Attorney <br />By: Lisa E.
