Copies of all notifications must be submitted to City including, abatement contractor's <br />license, map and/or clear documentation specifying asbestos containing materials <br />abated; completed waste manifests; and a completion letter indicating that all asbestos <br />containing materials from these properties have been abated and properties are ready to <br />be demolished. <br />COORDINATION <br />The City will decide the manner in which the coordination of individual matters is <br />undertaken. At the City's option, coordination efforts may be performed by the <br />Contractor's direct contact, by the Contractor acting through the City or by the City only. <br />When coordination efforts require agreements, such agreements shall be coordinated <br />through the City. <br />
