(hereinafter "ESR1") and the City of Sang Ana (hereinafter "CITY"). <br />ESRI hereby grants to CITE' a license to use the type mid number of copies of the Software, Data <br />and Documentation, as set forth in Exhibit 1, for which the appropriate license fees have been <br />paid to ERST. This Agreement includes 1) this signature page, 2) Quotation #200400095, dated <br />February , 2012, 3) License Agreement (E204 4x'22110), 4) Exhibit 1 - Scope of Use (E300 <br />9/29111) and 5) optional Training Proposal with Fsrt tr;minirnsg to 111N. <br />The Terra of the Annual Licenses set forth in Exhibit I shall commence May 'l. 2012 and be <br />d effective through April 301, 20013. The term may be extended for additional tine-}year periods upon <br />i payrnent of license fees, property invoiced thirty days prior to the end of the then current tear(, <br />_ and paid according to CITY's accounting procedures. <br />City, at its sole discretion, may purchase Training on the thins and conditions set forth in the <br />opiicn al Traiil1mg ('roposal with Fsn tramin<g, tcrms.
