r. <br />i14, GRANGE NOT ON HLE <br />'CORK MAY NOT PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />A-2011-056-01 <br />')ATN 19 2412 EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT <br />Ju <br />THIS EXTENSION, is made and entered into this 281h day of February, 2012, by and <br />n ZJ between Paragon Partners Ltd., a California corporation (hereinafter "Consultant'), and <br />u the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The parties entered an Acquisition, Relocation & Property Management Services <br />Agreement, A-2011-056, dated March 7, 2011 (hereinafter "said Agreement') for <br />Consultant to provide property acquisition, relocation and management services. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish <br />to extend the Term included in section 4 of said Agreement. <br />C. All other terms and conditions included in said Agreement shall have the same <br />force and effect. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and <br />subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this <br />Amendment to Acquisition, Relocation & Property Management Services Agreement, the <br />parties agree as follows: <br />Section 4, TERM, shall be amended to extend the termination until the expenditure of <br />all allocated funds. <br />2. Except as herein amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />
