<br />(ii) Any person or organization for whom you

<br />which any insured or any oonbadom or
<br />subcontractors working directly or indirectly
<br />on any ineured's behalf are performing
<br />operations if the "pollutants" are brought on
<br />or to the premises, site or location in
<br />connection with such operations by such
<br />inouned, contractor or subcontractor.
<br />Howewar, this subparagraph does not apply
<br />(D "Bodily injury" or "property damage"
<br />arising out of the escape of fuels,
<br />lubricants or other operating fluids which
<br />are needed to perform the normal
<br />e|ectrioa|, hydraulic or mechanical
<br />functions necessary for the operation of
<br />"mobile equipment" or its partm, if such
<br />fuels, lubricants or other operating fluids
<br />escape from a vehicle part designed to
<br />ho|d, otuno or receive them. This
<br />exception does not apply if the "bodily
<br />irjury''or"property damage" arises out of
<br />the intentional diooharge, dispersal or
<br />release of the fuels, lubricants or other
<br />operating f|uidn, or if such fuo|a.
<br />lubricants or other operating fluids are
<br />brought on or to the pnemiama, site or
<br />location with the intent that they be
<br />discharged, dispersed orreleased oopart
<br />of the operations being pedbrn*6 by
<br />such inaunad, contractor or
<br />subcontractor;
<br />(Q "Bodily injury" or "property damage"
<br />sustained within a building and caused
<br />by the release of gases, fumes or vapors
<br />from materials brought into that building
<br />in connection with operations being
<br />performed by you or on your behalf byo
<br />contractor orsubcontractor; or
<br />(iii) "Bodily injury" or ''property damage"
<br />arising out ofheat, smoke orfumes from
<br />e"hostile fire";or

<br />which any insured or any contractors or

<br />detoxify or neutralize, or in any way respond
<br />to, orassess the effects of, "po||utante"
<br />(2) Any loss, cost or expense arising out of any:
<br />(a) Request, domand, order or statutory or
<br />regulatory requirement that any insured or
<br />others test for, monitor, clean up, romove,
<br />oontain, treat, detoxify or noutna|ize, or in
<br />any way respond to, orassess the effects of,
<br />"pollutants"; or
<br />(b)Claim orsuit byoronbehalf of
<br />governmental authority for damages
<br />because of testing for, monihzhng, cleaning
<br />up, nemoving, contoining, baoting,
<br />detoxifying or n*u\ra|izing, or in any way
<br />responding to, or assessing the effects of.
<br />However, this paragraph dmao not apply to
<br />liability for damages because of "property
<br />damage" that the insured would have in the
<br />absence of such request, demnnd, order or
<br />statutory or regulatory requirement, or such
<br />claim or^auit"byoronbehalf ofagovernmental
<br />authority.
<br />g. Aircraft, Auto Or Watercraft
<br />"Bodily injury" m"property damage" arising out of
<br />the ownenahip, maintenance, use orentrustment 10
<br />othersof any aircraft,"auto"or watercraft owned or
<br />operated byorrented or loaned to any insured. Use
<br />includes operation and "loading orun|oading'^
<br />This exclusion applies even if the claims against
<br />any insured allege negligence or other wrongdoing
<br />in the supervision, hiring, employment, training or
<br />monitoring of others by that inaured, if the
<br />"oonurrenoe" which caused the "bodily irjury" or
<br />"property damage" involved the ovvnemhip,
<br />mointenanoe, use or entrustment to others of any
<br />uin:nsft. "auto" or watercraft that is owned or
<br />operated byorrented orloaned toany insured.
<br />This exclusion does not apply to:
<br />(i) Awatercraft while ashore on premises you own
<br />or rent;
<br />(2)Awatercraft you donot own that is:
<br />(a) Less than 51 feet long; and
<br />(b) Not being used to oeny persons for o
<br />charge;
<br />(3) Parking an "auto" on, or on the ways next to,
<br />premises you own orrent, provided the "ambo"io
<br />not owned
<br />ou or the
