G. "Coverage territory" means:
<br />a.The United States ofAmerica (including its territories
<br />and pooaeooiono), Puerto Rico and Canada;
<br />b. International vvoh*no or airapace, but only if the
<br />injury urdamage occurs in the course of travel or
<br />transportation between any places included in a.
<br />above;or
<br />c. All other parts of the world if the injury or damage
<br />arises out of:
<br />(1) Goods or products made or sold by you in the
<br />territory described inu.above;
<br />(2) The activities of person whose home is in the
<br />hani0mry described in n. oboma^ but is away for a
<br />short time onyour business; or
<br />(3) ''Perauno| and advertising injury" offenses that
<br />take place through the Internet or similar
<br />electronic means ofcommunication
<br />provided the innunad'a responsibility to pay damages is
<br />determined in the United States of America (including its
<br />territories and possessions), Puerto Rico or Canada, in o
<br />"ouiy'onthe merits according to the substantive law in
<br />such territory orinosettlement weagree to.
<br />7. "Employee" includes a ^|oaaed worker". "Employee"
<br />does not include a "temporary worker".
<br />8. ^Emp|oyment-Rn|atedPractices" means:
<br />a. Refusal hoemploy aperson;
<br />b. Termination ofaperson's employment; or
<br />o. Employment-related pranbcaa, po|icioe, ado or
<br />omissions, such oocoercion, demotion, evaluation,
<br />reassignment, diauip|inm, defamedion, harassment,
<br />humiliation ordiscrimination directed ataperson.
<br />8. "Executive officer" means a person holding any ofthe
<br />officer positions created byyour charter, constitution,
<br />by-laws orany other similar governing document.
<br />1U."Hostile fire" means one which becomes uncontrollable
<br />orbreaks out from where itwas intended tobe.
<br />11.''|mpainad property" means tangible prnperty, other
<br />than "your product" or"your wmrk^.that cannot beused
<br />orialess useful because:
<br />a. hincorporates "your product" or"your work" that im
<br />known or thought to be defective, defioient,
<br />inadequate ordangerous; or
<br />b. You have failed to fu|5|| the terms of m contract or
<br />ifsuch property can berestored touse by:
<br />a. The repair, repJaoement, adjustment nrremoval of
<br />^ your product" or"your wmrk"; or
<br />b. Your fulfilling the terms of the contract or agreement,
<br />12."Insured contract" means:
<br />o.Acontract for olease ofpremises. However, that
<br />portion of the contract for e lease of premises that
<br />indemnifies any person nrorganization for damage
<br />by #ns. lightning or explosion to premises whil

<br />rented to you or temporarily occupied by you with
<br />permission of the owner is subject to the Damage
<br />to Premises Rented To You Limit described in
<br />Section III — Limits of Insurance;
<br />b. A sidetrack agreement;
<br />o. Any easement orlicense agreement, including on
<br />easement or license agnaumard in connection with
<br />construction or demolition operations on or within
<br />5Ofeet ofa railroad;
<br />d. An ob|igahnn, as required by nrdinanoe, to
<br />indemnify munioipa|ity, except in connection with
<br />work for a municipality;
<br />e. An elevator maintenance agreement;
<br />t That part of any other contract or agreement
<br />pertaining to your business (including on
<br />indemnification of municipality in connection with
<br />work performed for amunicipality) under which you
<br />assume the tort liability ofanother party ho pay for
<br />"bodily irjury" or "property demage" to a third
<br />person or organization, provided the "bodily injury"
<br />nr"property damage" is caused, in whole orin part,
<br />by you or by those acting on your behalf. Tort
<br />liability means o liability that would be imposed by
<br />law inthe absence ofany contract oragreement.
<br />Paragraph t includes that part ofany contract or
<br />agreement that indemnifies o railroad for "bodily
<br />injury" or "property damage" arising out of
<br />construction ordemolition operations, within 5Ofeet
<br />of any railroad property and affecting any railroad
<br />bridge or tnaat|e, trnoka, road -beds, tunnel,
<br />underpass orcrossing.
<br />Howevmr. Paragraph f. does not include that part of
<br />any contract or agreement:
<br />(1) That indemnifies an onchiteot, engineer or
<br />surveyor for injury ordamage arising out of:
<br />(a) Prepuring, upproving, or failing to prepare or
<br />appruve, mapa, shop dnswinga, opininne,
<br />repuha, surveys, field ordere, change orders
<br />ordrawings and specifications; or
<br />(b) Giving directions orinstructions, orfailing to
<br />give them' if that in the primary cause of the
<br />injury ordamage; or
<br />(2) Under which the inoured, if an architect, engineer
<br />or surveyor, assumes liability for on injury or
<br />damage arising out of the insured'o rendering or
<br />failure to render pnohaoaiono| servioes, including
<br />those listed in (1) above and supervisory,
<br />inspection, architectural orengineering activities.
<br />13.1eoaedwmrker" means e person leased to you by
<br />labor leasing firm under on agreement between you
<br />and the labor leasing firm, to perform duties related 10
