The public hearing was opened. <br />Javier Garcia, President of the Washington Square Neighborhood Association spoke <br />in support of the project. <br />Applicant's architect, Tracy Nonnemacher, spoke in support of the project. <br />Commissioner Acosta recommended that the applicant be sensitive to any <br />music/noise during hours of operation (9:00 p.m. to midnight). Ms. Nonnemacher <br />concurred and also mentioned that there will not be any sale of liquor at the <br />restaurant. <br />There were no additional speakers.
