Ocean Blue ,"rill provide an Annual Report of all inspections and cleaning operations with two <br />weeks after the end of the City's fiscal year. The annual Report shall incorporate all inspection <br />reports. The City retains the right to add fields to the annual report. The city shall provide all <br />sample formats for each report. <br />We will provide electronic GIS based map (and supporting files) and photography <br />documentation in support of the Inspection Reports and Annual Reports. Supporting Program <br />and application formats will be provided by the City. <br />Upon request Ocean Blue will submit supplemental proposals for additional work not called <br />under the Scope of Work of this contract. Ocean Blue will obtain written approval prior to <br />commencing any additional work. <br />Ocean Blue will strictly adhere to all the requirements of the City's NPDES Permits while <br />performing the work required for this contract. <br />'2. Activi Outline <br />Please see the detailed work flow charts for the sequence of activities. <br />Regarding which and how much resources needed for the job, our project manager or supervisor <br />will discuss the required resources with the City representative. Usually, the method of cleaning <br />and acceptable level of cleanness will be decided by the municipalities that oums the system. On <br />large spill incidents, the Incident Commander may by State of California or Federal government. <br />Ocean Blue will be performing nearly all tasks. <br />3. Project Schedule <br />5
