Field Supervisor & Quality Control Inspector <br />City of Industry, California <br />6 years with firm <br />Jose Ponce, Field Supervisor for United Storm Water, will report directly to <br />Ramon Menjivar, will aid in coordinating all field crews in order to fulfill service <br />requests, will monitor compliance with the quality assurance program, and will <br />deal with customer complaints and inquiries. <br />Safety Officer <br />City of Industry, CA <br />7 years <br />Katie Perry Safety Officer for United Storm Water will be called on for this project when <br />needed for developing Site Health and Safety Plans. Ms. Perry will address the protocol <br />that is followed by United's employees and subcontracted service staff to ensure a healthy <br />and safe work environment including; <br />Conducting and enforcing a company safety program <br />Instructing 40 -hour HAZWOPER training and 8 -hour refresher courses, confined <br />' space entry training, environmental compliance training, PPE training, hazardous <br />material response training, and other assigned training sessions <br />• Developing Site Health and Safety Plans <br />Conducting field safety inspections <br />Tracking employee accident and health exposures <br />• Maintaining permits with regulatory agencies <br />• Preparing for compliance audits <br />
