"1Y PHOCEEL CLEE HK OF �0UNC1 L THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT `� ��p� L 0 -q--i Z I TFI& THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, entered into on this P " day of 2012 by and between GTSI Corporation, a Virginia Corporation (hereinafter "Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter "City"). RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement No. A2011-113-01, dated June 20, 2011, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided administrative planning support, professional staff planning support and technical planning support. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend the Scope of Services to move funds from one deliverable and use them to create and implement an additional needed deliverable. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Third Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be amended to decrease funding for deliverable #25 from $238,137.16 to $38,720.57, and apply same to new deliverable 429 in order to complete Interoperable Field Operations Guides (IFOGs) for three of the Tribal Entities in two of the SPA Operational Areas, in accordance with Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
