Submit 3 monthly reports, detailing recruitment activities, progress and outcomes. <br />B. Develop an agenda and prepare for and facilitate up to two planning meetings to review <br />program progress and evaluate implementation areas that need improvement. <br />2. Instructional Design Committee - <br />A. Develop an agenda and prepare for and facilitate up to three planning meetings to <br />develop and implement modules including Intro to Engineering Course, Train the Trainer <br />course and Career Exploration. <br />B. Develop an agenda and prepare for and facilitate up to two meetings to evaluate areas of <br />the curriculum that need improvement. <br />3. On the Job Training Outreach - <br />A. Conduct outreach to 10 employers to include up to 10 follow up meetings <br />B. Identify and develop 16 internship opportunities with potential employers. <br />4. Activity Reports - <br />A.
